Alexandra is dedicated to defending her clients in the context of medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, as well as a garden variety of other civil matters involving personal injury ranging from premises liability to class actions. Prior to joining Barker, Castro & Steinback, LLC, Alexandra clerked at one of Chicago’s prevalent plaintiff litigation firms, where she worked on construction negligence cases.

Alexandra graduated from Elmhurst University in 2015 with a degree in English and Political Science. While there, she served as the copy editor of the student-run newspaper. Alexandra stayed true to her editing and publishing roots in law school by serving as the Executive Student Publications Editor of The John Marshall Law Review, where she headed the team responsible for selecting the student comments for publication. Today, Alexandra is as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the widely recognized @the Bar Blog, part of the Young Lawyer’s Section for the Chicago Bar Association.
